Sukaneka Keluarga

Baru balik dari acara sukaneka family sebelah bapa, sempena Hari Bapa Sedunia. FUN GILA! Kepada sepupu-sepupu angkat saya Zetty, Ika, Ira, Yulie, Cuya, Dayah, dan ada lagi beberapa orang yang tidak tersebut (sorry), JANGAN JEALOUS. Ha ha ha.

Acara yang ada. Lumba makan tembikai sampai habis, rebut gula-gula untuk kids, lambung belon, kotak beracun, rebut kerusi, cari barang tersembunyi. Mungkin ada lagi game sebelum tu sebab saya sampai, diorang dah pun start. Lambat sebab dok fikir dekat rumah senarai denda untuk kotak beracun, I was in charge ehehe.

Gambar tak ada. I can't find my handphone Sony Ericson bah. Kamera hp SE tu bagus, 8mp. Dahlah bateri habis, saya lupa mana saya letak lagi. Rugi betul tak dapat ambil gambar T__T Tak apa, lepas ni cari handphone tu sampai jumpa. I know it's in my home juga tapi lupa letak dekat mana. Charge handphone, dan tunggu malam ni pula ada lagi aktiviti. Baca Yassin, pertandingan karaoke, cabutan bertuah, makan-makan (alamak dahlah kalau buat acara macam ni makanan semua sedap-sedapppp), penyampaian hadiah kepada pemenang-pemenang sukaneka, dan penyampaian hadiah kepada bapa-bapa. Looking forward! Mesti happening.

Family sebelah ayah kami gelar Keluarga Kassim, keluarga sebelah ayah. Dari dulu memang selalu buat gathering. Tak sah kalau dalam setahun tu tak buat even sekali. Memang sangat-sangat tak sah. Tapi ini pertama kali buat sukaneka, dan it's actually idea yang sangat bagus :)

30 Hari Mencari Cinta : Day 2

Bangun pagi tadi terus buka laptop untuk cek jawapan untuk inquiry saya dekat salah satu website yang membincangkan tentang penjagaan kesihatan based on rope skipping. Yeay dah ada jawapan, but I'm looking forward for another answer. Soalan saya macam ni :

You see, when jump roping for an hour you can burn from 975-1000 calories, and your calorie diet should be 2000 calories. So jump roping takes half of your calories. Oh and make sure the jump rope is your size by stepping on the rope and pulling up the handles to see where they they reach you. If it reaches your pits, it’s to long, it should reach up to your chest.

Sarapan bihun goreng, dan minum air milo. Lepas ni tak makan lagi dah, but I'm taking my Jusmate. God, lepas start Jusmate, I need to really take care about my daily food intake. Selalu sangat tempted dengan makanan sedap-sedap. Please Fina, please.

Baru tadi, saya jump-roping dengan kiraan 150. I know, 150 tu sikit saja. I just started today so my coordination is still a little off. It's not easy at the beginning, so I want to start off small then build up the amount in every work-out. Jantung beats faster, saya tak berapa sweating but after one minutes habis, eh tiba-tiba sweating. LOL. I guess, fitness saya taklah teruk sangat. Retired dancer, I am. HAHA.
